Return & Exchange

1. The Buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement concluded in the www.coffeeritz.lv store by notifying “Coffee Ritz” in writing no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The Buyer shall send a free-form notification, clearly identifying the Buyer (name, surname) and the date of the order, regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal or the Withdrawal Form attached to the delivery document, duly indicating all necessary data, to Coffee Ritz to the following address: SIA “Coffee Ritz” , Brīvības gatve 204a, Rīga, LV-1039 or by e-mail: info@coffeeritz.lv.

2. By submitting a written notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the goods (if delivered) in accordance with the procedure specified in Clause 6 of these Regulations no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after sending the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

3. The right of withdrawal specified in Paragraph 1 of the Regulations may be exercised only by the Buyer, who in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia is recognized as a consumer, i. i.e. a natural person who expresses a wish to acquire, acquires or is likely to acquire or use a good or service for a purpose which is not connected with his economic or professional activity.

4. The buyer (consumer) may not exercise the right of withdrawal specified in Paragraph 1 of the Regulations if any of the following circumstances is established:
4.1 the product is perishable or is about to expire;

4.2. the consumer has opened the packaging for a product which, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned;

4.3. in other regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 May 2014 No. 255 “Provisions on distance contracts” in the cases provided for.

5. The buyer (consumer) is entitled to file a claim of Coffee Ritz for a product that does not comply with the provisions of the Agreement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and to exercise the rights specified in the said law in accordance with the law.

6. The Buyer shall send the non-compliant product or the product in respect of which the right of withdrawal has been exercised or returned in accordance with Clause 8 of the Terms by post or free of charge to the Coffee Ritz office by prior agreement with the Coffee Ritz by e-mail info @ coffeeritz.lv about the time of return of goods. The costs related to the return of the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. If the Buyer wishes to return the goods during their delivery, the goods must be returned to the “Coffee Ritz” representative (courier) who delivered them.

7. When returning or changing the goods purchased in the www.coffeeritz.lv store, Coffee Ritz has the right to request to fill in the return or exchange form submitted by Coffee Ritz.

8. The Buyer (both natural and legal person) is entitled to exchange or return, in accordance with the procedure of Clause 6 of the Terms, also a product conforming to the Agreement, if the Buyer does not like the shape, size, color, model, etc. of the product. The Buyer must notify Coffee Ritz immediately (upon receipt of the goods, but not later than on the day of receipt of the goods) by e-mail info@coffeeritz.lv about the return of the goods in accordance with the Agreement. These provisions on the return of goods in conformity with the Agreement shall not apply to goods for which it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with Clause 4 of the Regulations.

9. Returned or exchanged quality goods or goods for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be undamaged, must not have lost the appearance of the goods (labels have not been removed and damaged, protective films have not been torn off, etc.), must not have been used and must not have been used. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, in the same set as the Buyer received them, it is mandatory to submit the purchase documents. If the goods are damaged, untidy or not properly packaged, Coffee Ritz has the right not to accept the goods, not to change them and not return the money paid to the Buyer for the goods.

10. For goods for which the Buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal, the money paid shall be refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Buyer’s notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. Coffee Ritz is entitled to withhold the refund of the amount paid by the Buyer until Coffee Ritz has received the product or the Buyer has provided Coffee Ritz with confirmation that the product has been returned, whichever is earlier.

11. When returning or exchanging high-quality goods that comply with the Buyer’s order, as well as goods that do not comply with the contract, Coffee Ritz will pay in accordance with Clause 10 of the Terms. For goods for which the Buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal, the money paid shall be refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Buyer’s notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. Coffee Ritz is entitled to withhold the refund of the amount paid by the Buyer until Coffee Ritz has received the product or the Buyer has provided Coffee Ritz with confirmation that the product has been returned, whichever is earlier.

12. When returning or exchanging high-quality goods that comply with the Buyer’s order, as well as goods that do not comply with the contract, Coffee Ritz will pay in accordance with Clause 10 of the Terms.
