Since 2020 family owned “Coffee Ritz” company is driven by passion and love for roasting coffee beans and developing coffee blends. We offer only authentic coffee, freshly roasted for each customer.
Coffee Ritz is a coffee of carefully selected coffee beans (Specialty coffee). Our coffee is made in small batches, which helps to care for every single pack of coffee. We offer everyone to try our coffee of the highest quality – its refined taste and uniqueness.
The coffee beans that we are ordering are coming from all the continents that are included in The Coffee Belt, including Sumatra, Peru, Nicaragua, Kenya, Guatemala, Honduras, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Columbia, El Salvador, Burundi.
“Coffee Ritz” takes great care in selecting the coffee beans. Each delivery of the beans passes the inspection and then undergoes further processing. Because the main feature of our family business is the drive to create coffee that is not only of highest quality, but also simply delicious.
In Coffee Ritz every batch of coffee beans undergoes a three-step quality control process: the initial separation of the green beans from the damaged ones, the UV-light check of the green beans and the final check right after the roasting.
The coffee roasting is performed using high-grade hardware with digital control of the roasting process.
We use small size roasters – up to 2.5kg, which makes the quality control of the roasting process more precise and ensures the exceptional quality of the prepared Specialty coffee.
After the roasting process, the quality control of the prepared coffee beans begins. At this step, our specialists carefully study the beans, determining the damaged beans with great precision, thus assuring the high quality of the finished product.
The Coffee Ritz perfectionism is also expressed in the development of coffee blends. Different sorts of coffee are mixed together in one coffee blend, taking into consideration the unique taste of every single one. The result of this exciting process is a rich and refined taste of coffee, which is able to satisfy the taste of any coffee connoisseur.
On December 23, 2021, SIA Coffee Ritz entered into agreement no. SKV-L-2021/450 with the Latvian Investment and Development Agency for participation in international exhibitions and implementation of a project on the promotion of international competitiveness, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
