Delivery

We Deliver throughout Latvia and the EU.

The average delivery time or availability of the product for receipt in the office is 2-3 working days, except for “Pre Order” orders, the availability of which is indicated when placing the order.

There are 2 delivery methods available:

1. Delivery by courier (FREE delivery for orders from 50 eur):
   1. throughout Latvia: DPD courier – 4.99 eur, Omniva courier – 4.99 eur.
   2. EU countries from 5.99 eur (DPD, UPS, TNT)
   3. Worldwide from 9.99 eur (UPS, TNT) – please contact us
2. Parcel and Pickup Points (FREE delivery for orders from 50 eur):
   1. DPD Pickup – 2.99 eur. You can receive goods that do not weigh more than 20 kg (each package).
   2. Omniva parcel terminal – 2.99 eur. You can receive goods weighing up to 30 kg. Shipment must be picked up within 7 calendar days.

In cases when at the time of acceptance of the goods the buyer has noticed that the consignment does not contain the appropriate quantity of goods or the delivered goods do not correspond to the goods ordered and not indicated in the invoice, bill of lading, goods accompanying document or other delivery-acceptance document, the buyer has immediate inform the Coffee Ritz. If the buyer finds that the delivered goods are of unsatisfactory quality, he does not accept the low-quality goods and must return them to the courier, but the fact and reason for returning the goods must be noted on the invoice, bill of lading or other delivery-acceptance or return document.
